Happiness!

I love this quote from Bette Davis:

You will never be happier than you expect. To change your happiness, change your expectation."

Finding happiness is like finding yourself. You don't find happiness, you make happiness. You choose happiness. Self-actualization is a process of discovering who you are, who you want to be and paving the way to happiness by doing what brings YOU the most meaning and contentment to your life over the long run.

True happiness is not attained through self-gratification, but through fidelity to a worthy purpose.
-This famous quote on happiness by Helen Keller

Hope is itself a species of happiness, and, perhaps, the chief happiness which this world affords.
-This quote on happiness by Samuel Johnson

Happiness is man's greatest aim in life. Tranquility and rationality are the cornerstones of happiness.
-The meaning of happiness according to Epicurus

I don't know how can anyone define happiness...Atleast I can't do so...

According to me happiness is something which makes you smile, it makes you dance, it makes you sing... Happiness is something which is not only felt by the person himself but the other person can also sense his happiness...

Always be happy... always keep smiling... :-) Tomorrow can be worse... heheh ;-D

I also feel that ....

"Happiness makes up in height for what it lacks in length."

Robert Frost was wrong. Thrills are high; happiness is long. A momentary jolt of euphoria is not what happiness is about. Happiness is about being at peace with yourself. It is about feeling fulfilled. It is about acceptance and generosity and enjoying whatever you are doing.
